I love travelling and I love colour.
I am an art director, editor, writer and photographer with a wide range of experience in magazine and book publishing. I have art directed and edited several consumer magazines including the award winning Country Living, of which I was the launch Art Director and later the Editor. After ten years at Country Living I took a post grad course in photography at St Martin’s School of Art and went travelling. In between trips to Borneo, South America, Vietnam, Burma and India, I worked as an editorial consultant to M&S, Dulux Colour, Homebase, English Heritage and Asda magazines before joining Simon & Schuster UK as Editorial Director of Illustrated Books.
I now run Artsplash London with my friend and colleague Susi Hoyle. We teach people of any age and ability to draw and paint. We speicalise in people who think they can’t draw! Yes you can!
Visit our website http://www.artsplashlondon.co.uk to find out more about our corporate classes in Central London, private classes in West London and residential courses in Devon and Spain.
