We were driving through the Atlas Mountains in Morocco and stopped for lunch at a roadside cafe. The tagines were all lined up on the counter, cooking slowly over hot and smokey charcoal. I had a delicious vegetable tagine and M had lamb.  We ate outside overlooking snow-capped peaks. Some simple meals you just never forget.
