Up at Lake Inle in Burma, there is a lot to see on the canal early in the morning by the bridge, at Nyaung Shwe. Locals unload gas canisters and crates of coca cola while tourists adjust their blankets, rucksacks, cameras and sunglasses, before setting off to the Lake. But after they have all gone is it is blissfully quiet.
